*Please be advised that I work from my Individual Salon Suite in Memphis, TN. No additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

*A 50% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposit is REQUIRED for all bookings, the deposit amount goes toward your service!

*Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in an Automatic Cancellation.

*First Time Silk Press Clients please allow 3 1/2 hours for your first visit because it is both a consultation and service. When you return then you will book as a Returning Client.

*If you have not been serviced by me in over 6 months, then you need to book as a NEW CLIENT!

* If you just took down braids, extensions or a long term protective style please make sure you remove all dirt, gel, grease, product build up and glue from your hair PRIOR to your appointment! Please also finger detangle your hair. Arriving with braids not taken down or excessive build up/matted hair will result in an automatic cancellation.
